Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of Call Center Representatives
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for customers
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing top-notch customer service
  • Handle employee schedules and performance goals
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent customer support at all times
