Job Description:

As a Sales Associate, you’ll begin by assisting our experienced team and learning the sales process from the ground up. You’ll receive full training and support as you transition into a full-fledged sales role.
In addition to in-store sales, we’re looking for someone with a good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) who can help build our dealership’s online brand and sell vehicles through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and support the sales team with the buying process.
• Learn vehicle features, financing options, and dealership procedures.
• Deliver an exceptional in-person and online customer experience.
• Help manage and grow our social media presence to drive leads and awareness.
• Contribute to creating content (videos, posts, reels, etc.) to engage potential buyers.
• Support the team with test drives, vehicle presentations, and paperwork.
• Work toward sales goals and team success.
