Position Summary: We are seeking an exceptional, values-driven CEO to spearhead the next phase of growth for the portfolio company. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for building and maintaining a strong, positive company culture while driving sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to scale the business, increase market share, and maximize shareholder value.
2. Foster and maintain a culture of excellence, innovation, and employee engagement throughout the organization.
3. Lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.
4. Oversee all aspects of business operations, including finance, sales, marketing, product development, and customer service.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, partners, and industry leaders.
6. Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements across the organization.
7. Identify and pursue strategic opportunities for organic growth.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record of successfully scaling and growing companies in construction-adjacent or related industries.
2. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong, positive company culture.
3. 10+ years of senior leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CEO or equivalent role.
4. Strong financial acumen
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
6. Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
