Seeking a Pediatric Clinical Geneticist to lead the Section of Clinical Genetics. This role involves teaching, research, clinical work, and administrative leadership in a growing genetics program that serves pediatric and adult patients. General Clinical Geneticist role.
Focus on patient care, teaching, and research.
Works with both pediatric and adult patients.
Requires board certification or eligibility in Clinical Genetics and Genomics.
Preferred: Additional certification in Clinical Biochemical Genetics.

Fellowship training in metabolic/biochemical genetics is a plus.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing a wide range of genetic conditions across all age groups, and is committed to a team-based approach (working closely with genetic counselors, nutritionists, etc.).
They should have a passion for teaching (given the academic setting and genetic counseling program) and ideally some interest in clinical research or program development.
Strong communication and empathy with patients/families are essential.
At least 5 years in patient care and leadership experience in a medical genetics program
The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of patient care experience,
