Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team this summer to assist with painting, minor repairs, and general building maintenance. This is a great opportunity for students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in facilities maintenance and construction support.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces and apply paint to interior and exterior walls, doors, and trim

• Perform light construction tasks such as patching drywall, replacing ceiling tiles, or assembling furniture

• Assist in general building upkeep such as cleaning, moving materials, or landscaping tasks

• Follow safety guidelines and use tools and materials properly

• Communicate with supervisors and team members to prioritize daily tasks

• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous experience in painting or general maintenance is a plus but not required

• Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

• Reliable transportation to and from job site(s)

• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
