Job Title: Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant to join our client and play a vital role in supporting their legal operations. This onsite position, based in Phoenix, AZ, transitions to a hybrid schedule (two remote days per week) after the initial 90 days. The role is centered on providing comprehensive administrative and litigation support to a team of attorneys within a fast-paced commercial litigation practice.

Compensation:
• $60,000 – $75,000/year, depending on experience

Work Schedule:
• Monday through Friday, standard business hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, based on candidate preference)

Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant:
• Provide case management support to attorneys throughout all stages of litigation
• Prepare, revise, proofread, and finalize legal correspondence and court documents
• Manage e-filing processes in state, federal, and appellate courts
• Maintain and organize confidential files, legal records, and case documents
• Handle intake procedures, conflicts checks, timekeeping, and client billing
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and conference schedules
• Perform other administrative and legal support duties as needed

Qualifications and Skills for the Commercial Litigation Legal Assistant:
• 2–5 years of experience in a litigation legal assistant or similar role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a high-volume environment
• Experience with File Site is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime when required
