ASB Freight Co. is a family-run logistics and distribution company dedicated to reliable, efficient service across the region. We value hard work, integrity, and leadership—and we're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to help lead our growing team.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our distribution facility. The ideal candidate has a strong background in warehouse logistics and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and safety goals
Monitor inventory accuracy and perform regular audits
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA regulations
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with transportation partners
Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse staff
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and efficiency throughout the warehouse
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions quickly
Assist with staffing needs, scheduling, and performance management
2+ years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Working knowledge of warehouse software systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts)
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Must be authorized to work in the United States
