Position Overview: As a licensed insurance agent, youll be responsible for managing your own book of business while building trusted relationships with clients. Youll meet with individuals and business owners to provide education and access to our supplemental insurance plans. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and text. Schedule and conduct meetings to evaluate insurance needs. Join team and manager calls regularly. Prospect new businesses, maintain relationships, and follow up on leads. Build and manage your client portfolio. Set and track sales goals with your manager. Plan and submit your weekly schedule. Log daily activity and sales metrics. Compensation Benefits: Extensive classroom and field training program.
