Full-Time Nanny – Cherry Hill, NJ
Compensation: $24–$30/hour, Guaranteed 40 hours per week
Start Date: July 1, 2025

• Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 6:15 AM – 5:45 PM
• Tuesday OR Thursday: 6:15-5:45

• Four-day work week (one weekday off each week—either Tuesday or Thursday, depending on the family's needs)

Flexibility needed , approximately 8 weeks per year, the family may require additional hours due to the father's ICU schedule
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays

A professional family relocating to Cherry Hill, New Jersey, is seeking an experienced and engaging full-time nanny for their 8-month-old child. The ideal candidate will be nurturing, proactive, and comfortable working independently, as both parents work outside of the home.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive and loving care for an 8-month-old baby
• Engaging the child in age-appropriate developmental activities
• Planning and supervising outings such as walks and local story time
• Maintaining a safe and stimulating environment at all times
• Keeping parents updated regularly with clear, professional communication
• Handling light housekeeping related to the child, including baby laundry and tidying up play areas
• Supporting nap and feeding schedules

• Respecting the family’s routine and parenting preferences

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent nanny experience with infants
• Must be able to drive to and from the home (no car provided)
• Comfortable with cats (the family has two)
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Up-to-date on all vaccinations, including COVID and Tdap
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to commit to a long-term position
• Provide 3-5 professional references

• Must have U.S. work authorization
