Job Description

Maharam is seeking a Global Inventory Control Coordinator for our Yaphank, NY office. The Global Inventory Control Coordinator will monitor and support sample and product inventory stocked at external warehouse locations.
They will serve as a liaison between the warehouse and third-party logistics companies, working cross functionally with operations, resource management, quality assurance, and fulfillment. The successful candidate must have PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel. The candidate must be able to problem-solve, prioritize and organize tasks with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. This role requires both self-motivation to work autonomously, as well as in a team setting. A minimum of 5 years warehouse or production environment experience is preferred.
