Zimmer Biomet is committed to creating a workplace where all team members can thrive and contribute their best work. **_Portfolio submission required for consideration_** **How You'll Create Impact** **Design & Innovation** + Pioneer next-generation learning experiences rooted in adult learning principles and behavioral science using AI-powered personalization and immersive technologies + Architect comprehensive learning ecosystems that span digital, mobile, in-person, and hybrid delivery methods + Solve complex learning challenges by diagnosing performance gaps and designing creative solutions that drive real behavior change + Take initiative to identify opportunities for learning innovation before they're requested, staying ahead of business needs + Champion learner success by designing experiences that genuinely help people master new skills and advance their careers + Build meaningful relationships with learners to understand their challenges and create solutions that truly resonate **Strategic Problem-Solving** + Dive deep into root causes of performance issues, using data and stakeholder insights to design targeted interventions + Partner proactively with sales leadership, product experts, and technology specialists to anticipate learning needs + Lead design thinking workshops and facilitate creative problem-solving sessions that generate breakthrough solutions + Drive continuous improvement by analyzing learning outcomes and iterating based on real-world performance data **Technology & Analytics** + Leverage learning analytics to measure engagement, retention, and behavior change, using data to continuously optimize learning experiences + Integrate emerging technologies including AI + Manage learning technology ecosystems including LMS platforms, authoring tools, and performance support systems + Take ownership of the entire learning technology stack, troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements **_This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act._** **What Makes You Stand Out** **Technical Proficiency** + Advanced skills in Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, XD, After Effects), and emerging authoring tools + Experience with AI-powered learning platforms and learning analytics tools + Knowledge of VR/AR authoring tools and immersive learning design principles + Competency in UX/UI design for learning interfaces and mobile learning experiences + Self-starter mentality with ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs **Strategic Capabilities** + Analytical mindset with ability to diagnose learning problems and translate insights into actionable design improvements + Deep understanding of adult learning theories and their practical application in sales performance contexts + Project management expertise with experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives + Proactive leadership style that anticipates needs and drives solutions before being asked + Change management skills to drive adoption of new learning technologies and methodologies **Preferred Qualifications** + Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience with a focus on sales + Certification in learning analytics or educational data science + Experience with learning science research and evidence-based design practices **Your Background** + Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, or related field required + Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, or related field _preferred_ + 3+ years of experience designing learning solutions in corporate or healthcare environments + Proven problem-solving abilities with examples of turning complex challenges into effective learning solutions + Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative thinking, creative problem-solving, and measurable impact on learner success + Genuine passion for helping others learn and grow, with evidence of going above and beyond to support learner success **Travel Expectations** + Up to 20% - Primarily for stakeholder collaboration, user research, and conference participation This role is fully remote and has an annually salary of $80,000-85,000 + additional income earned through bonus opportunity EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
