Job Summary:
LendingOne is a direct private lender for Real Estate professionals headquartered in Boca Raton, FL. They are seeking a Data Analyst to assist in retrieving and organizing data to improve operational efficiency, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Manage users and user roles
• Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets
• Assess tests and implement new or upgraded software and assist with strategic decisions on new systems
• Train end-users on new reports and dashboards
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a data analytics or related field
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid foundation of database design and experience writing SQL queries for reporting
• Positive attitude, high energy, and excellent communication skills are essential
• Must be organized, self-motivated, take initiative, and be solution-oriented
• Excellent attention to detail coupled with high demands
Preferred:
• Experience with one or more of the leading Business Intelligence tools, with a preference for direct experience with Tableau
• Intermediate understanding of Python and its data capabilities (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch)
• Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook or JupyterLab for data analysis and documentation
