Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) is an established owner and operator of producing conventional and unconventional natural gas & oil wells and midstream pipelines and compression stations concentrated in the Appalachian Basin in the United States. Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, our field operations are located throughout the Appalachian Basin in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.

Responsibilities:

Special focus will be placed on:

Assisting Land personnel in locating information to resolve owner questions and payment issues
Supporting acquisition records assimilation
Preparing documents, including some mail merge letters
Resolving standard ownership issues
Opening, sorting and distributing mail
Scanning documents
Handling returned checks
Providing clerical support

Qualifications:

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Alert and able to learn computer systems
Enjoys research assignments
Strong written and oral communications
Patient demeanor when interacting with landowners
Intermediate level skills in Excel and Word
Some oil and gas or real property records experience is preferred, but not required
