In this role, you will work on a diverse range of projects, including mixed-use, affordable housing, K-12 educational environments, overseas federal work, parks and recreation, and community-based projects. You will participate in the design process to develop conceptual, schematic, and construction documents, keep track of project budgets, and help to ensure that projects exceed our clients’ expectations. You will be involved in the design of multiple projects at various stages of development under the leadership and mentoring of the landscape architecture team leaders.

Anything on this list would be an asset, but is not required:
  • Experience working in LandFX and AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Familiarity with Revit and Sketchup
  • Experience working on public projects in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Ranges are based on a 40-hour work week.
  • $83,000 - $103,400
  • Annual discretionary performance-based bonus.
  • 100% paid employee medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance and long-term disability protection. Subsidized dependent coverage.
  • Option of PPO health plan or HDHP with Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution.
  • Optional Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) Benefits. PTO is accrued at 16.5 days (132 hours) annually for new hires.
  • 8 company-paid holidays each calendar year.
  • Discretionary company-matched 401(k) plan.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Additional voluntary benefits include voluntary hospital indemnity coverage, voluntary accident insurance, and voluntary critical illness insurance.
