Hudson's Restaurant and Catering is a family owned and operated restaurant. The owners are brothers, JJ and Kevin Altomare graduated from The Culinary Institute of America and have been creating memorable dishes and experiences together for the past 16 years in Northeast Ohio. We currently offer lunch and dinner 6 days per week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. We also have created pop up bars for Halloween and Christmas! Nightmare Before Blitzen's and Blitzen's. We love creating and sharing special menus, drinks and experiences with our guests!

are looking for Line Cooks

Are you a highly skilled and motivated Line Cook looking for a new opportunity in the food and beverage industry? Do you have a passion for creating delicious dishes and providing exceptional dining experiences? Do you love Halloween and Christmas? If so, we have an immediate opening for you at Hudsons Restaurant and Catering!

With over 16 years of experience in the culinary industry, our owners JJ and Kevin Altomare, graduates of The Culinary Institute of America, have been dedicated to creating memorable dishes and experiences for our guests. We offer lunch and dinner 6 days a week, as well as brunch on Saturdays. Join our team and be a part of our mission to create and share special menus, drinks, and experiences!

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service, including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow instructions from Chef and Kitchen Managers
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations, and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience preferred
• Weekend availability
• Reliable transportation

Skills and Qualities:

• Proven cooking experience, including as a line chef, restaurant cook, or prep cook
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiarity with industry's best practices
• Culinary school diploma will be considered a plus
