Job Description

Hufft Marchand Hospitality is a growing restaurant group known for concept-driven dining experiences that blend creativity, culture, and community. We're seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and digital presence across multiple restaurant concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns for new menu items, events, and seasonal promotions
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Allocate and monitor paid social media advertising budgets for maximum ROI
• Coordinate and execute branded events and partnership activations
• Collaborate with chefs, designers, and leadership to ensure brand consistency - Track analytics and engagement data to guide future content and campaigns

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of marketing experience (hospitality or lifestyle brand preferred)
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (Meta Ads Manager, Sprout Social, ChatGPT, etc.)
• Strong visual and written storytelling skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for restaurants, design, food, and community
