Instructors will deliver quality snowboard instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment. **Job Specifications:** + Starting Wage: $20.00 /hr - $35.00 /hr + Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentives + Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 + Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available + Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age + Housing Availability: Yes **Job Responsibilities:** + Teach group and private lessons + Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children + Deliver world-class guest service + Create a safe and fun learning environment + Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment + Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders + Other duties as assigned **Job Requirements:** + Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain + Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older + Must be able to communicate fluently in English + Strong communication skills + Must be willing to work weekends/Holidays + Must be comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended period of time + Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards. As a Non-Certified Snowboard Instructor, you have the ability to be a flexible employee who works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one-resort mentality which could include: + Lift Experience + Mountain Activities + Food and Beverage Support + Base Area Operations + Retail Rental Operations **Additional requirements for hires under age 18:** Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate The expected pay range is $20.00 /hr - $35.00 /hr.
