This Project Manager role provides leadership for various cybersecurity programs, including Strengthening Cyber Defenses, Cyber Control Tower, Identity Access Management (IAM) Modernization, and Critical Value Assets. The position requires coordinating with different clusters, reporting progress to IT governance committees, and facilitating the implementation of cyber controls. Responsibilities include defining practices for intelligence portals, planning the IAM platform roadmap, and addressing security risks for critical application assets. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, cybersecurity, and communication skills, and experience managing large teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple complex cybersecurity projects concurrently.
- Facilitate the implementation of cyber controls across different clusters.
- Define practices to feed data into intelligence portals for vulnerability detection.
- Develop and execute the roadmap for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.
- Manage and mitigate security risks for critical application assets.
- Prepare reports and communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project teams and external stakeholders.
- Monitor vendor contacts and participate in IT committees.
- Direct teams of project staff and external consultants.
- Ensure project deliverables are met within specified parameters.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in cybersecurity project management.
- Knowledge of risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST).
- Understanding of IAM, PAM, data analytics, and reporting tools.
- Ability to define requirements with stakeholders.
- Ability to identify organizational security policies.
- Proven ability to lead major, complex IT projects.
- Experience managing multiple, concurrent projects and multi-year projects.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Experience working with teams of over 30 people.
- Experience bringing together multiple teams under multiple accountable organizations.
- Ability to adapt to changing project circumstances.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
