Fotona is seeking an accomplished Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of business operations, cross-functional collaboration, and CRM governance.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for leading the administration, optimization, and strategic enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This individual will provide configuration and automation support, oversee data integrity and reporting, and serve as a trusted advisor in scaling the platform alongside business growth. This is a critical role in aligning Salesforce capabilities with organizational goals, proactively identifying improvement opportunities, and mentoring internal users on best practices. Based onsite at our Irving, TX office, this role will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership—driving CRM performance, user enablement, and data-driven decision-making across the business as we scale our US operations.
