Responsibilities

  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track interactions, and schedule appointments effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to better position our offerings.
  • Assist in developing strategies for business development initiatives.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales or inside sales roles, preferably within technology sales or related fields.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential clients.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in warm calling and understanding of business development processes is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities within the market.
