Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and motivated
Landscape Project Manager to oversee and manage landscape maintenance, hardscaping installations, and snow/ice management services throughout the Western Pennsylvania region. This individual will be responsible for the coordination, execution, and successful completion of multiple projects—ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction at every stage.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management - Plan, schedule, and manage landscape maintenance and hardscaping projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate resources, equipment, and materials to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
- Communicate with clients and field crews to understand scope, set expectations, and provide regular updates.
Team Leadership - Supervise field crews to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
- Train and mentor field crews, promoting professional development and a positive team culture.
- Monitor performance and productivity; provide coaching and feedback as needed.
Client Relations - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded throughout the job duration.
- Conduct site walks and inspections; resolve concerns and changes with professionalism and prompt action.
Snow & Ice Management - Oversee and deliver snow removal operations during winter months, including plowing, salting, and emergency response coordination.
- Develop and execute snow plans based on weather forecasts and contractual obligations.
- Ensure field crews are properly trained, equipped, and available during inclement weather events.
Budget & Reporting - Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
- Submit accurate reports, timesheets, and job progress updates in a timely manner.
- Assist with estimates, proposals, and change orders as needed.
Qualifications: - 3–5 years of experience in landscape project management or a related field (required)
- Proven experience managing hardscape installations and snow services (preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in project management apps / software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (CDL a plus)
- Proficient in truck & trailer operations
- Knowledge of safety regulations, best practices, and equipment operation
Working Conditions: - Must be available for early mornings, occasional weekends, and emergency snow events
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
