Holly's Professional Cleaning in Bangor, ME is looking for part time EXPERIENCED Commercial/Office Cleaners to start immediately. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable. Sound like you? We are offering a $1,000 sign on bonus!

This position is for nights and weekends commercial/office cleaning. We are looking for EXPERIENCED commercial/office cleaners.

The current opening is for the following days/times (candidate must be flexible as schedule may vary from week to week):

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday nights. Weeknights will start at 5:30 pm. The Saturday shift time is more flexible and will likely be a full day.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, mop and vacuum floors
• Restroom cleaning
• Restock supplies (ie paper towels, hand soap etc.)
• Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area
• Maintain health and sanitary requirements

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of cleaning experience in a commercial and/or office environment
• Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
• Expert knowledge of commercial and office cleaning practices and procedure
• Ability and knowledge to safely and effectively operate floor equipment (ie scrubber, rotary machine, buffer etc.)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
• Ability to work solo and as a team
• Valid driver license with no major traffic violations (ie OUI, Driving to Endanger, Suspensions etc.)
• Reliable Transportation (vehicle insurance and valid registration and inspection sticker required)
