Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
Items Eligible for Return:
Items must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@prakratam.com within 10 days of receiving your order.
Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is defective or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 15 business days for us to process the refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund amount will include the purchase price of the item(s) minus any applicable shipping fees.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process mentioned above and specify the replacement item you would like. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will either refund your purchase or send a replacement item, as per your preference.
